STREAMING: Needle Points boogie through The Key Studio Session
If you missed it last night, WXPN 88.5 has posted its studio session with Needle Points on The Key today, which includes two songs from their debut album and two unreleased tracks.
Philadelphia’s “psychedelic street level boogie” band is Colly Holloway on lead vocals, Davey Chains on guitar/vocals, Jooty Kaplan and Dani Kinoshita on drums/percussion, and Scranton’s own Brian Langan (Langor) on bass/vocals.
“NeedLove (City Walls)” and “Biting at the Rose” can be found on “Bom Tugangu,” while “Cripple Street” and “Black Hurricane” are brand new. Watch a video of “NeedLove (City Walls)” shot by Dave Kain of Bands in the Backyard here and stream/download the entire set below:
Needle Points will be headlining a show at Kung Fu Necktie (1250 N. Front St., Philadelphia) on Oct. 17, with The Golden Grass and The Orange Drop opening. Listen to “Bom Tugangu” in its entirety here:
