Two of Northeastern Pennsylvania’s most successful bands, Wilkes-Barre’s Breaking Benjamin and Scranton’s Motionless In White, are finally on tour together, playing with Korn and Silver Snakes throughout September and October, though none of the stops are in their hometown area.

Luckily, Andy Peck of Wilkes-Barre video company Feet First Productions happened to be on hand during one of their concerts at the Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena in Jacksonville, Florida on Oct. 12 to capture a special moment.

While he didn’t have his usual camera equipment with him and had to use his iPhone, he was able to get Chris Motionless on video singing guest vocals on Breaking Benjamin’s “Polyamorous,” the band’s first big hit that would eventually land them a record deal. While both rock bands are sonically quite different most of the time, the collaboration works well and is fun to watch.

This is a rare occurrence, but Breaking Benjamin and Motionless In White have done this before on the Axes & Anchors Cruise back in February and on other dates of the “Nocturnal Underground Tour,” which ends tomorrow in Colorado Springs, Colorado, though this may be the best video of it out there.

Big thanks to Feet First Productions for bringing it to our attention and getting it on tape. Maybe we can convince them to play The Pavilion at Montage Mountain together next year?
