POSH creates ‘Cupid’s Arrow’ Valentine’s Day dinner at Scranton Cultural Center on Feb. 13

Love is in the air, and POSH at the Scranton Club has planned a delicious spread for “The Menu” at the Scranton Cultural Center at the Masonic Temple on Monday, Feb. 13 at 7 p.m.

Hosted by Stephanie Longo of the Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce, the theme, “Cupid’s Arrow,” will feature a delicious menu that’s perfect for Valentine’s Day. The chef will demonstrate and serve dishes like beet and goat cheese salad, stuffed chicken with roulade sauce, brownie skewers, and more.

Doors open at 6 p.m. for cocktails and music, and the event begins at 7 p.m. Attendees will receive samples of the food prepared, and a cash bar will be available throughout the evening.

On the menu:

First course:
Salad – red beet with goat cheese tower over arugula and mandarin oranges and balsamic glaze

Second course:
Dinner – stuffed chicken with roulade sauce over a roasted tomato risotto and pesto

Third course:
Dessert – skewer with maraschino cherry, brownie, and toasted marshmallow
