From a press release:

Hawk Eye Presents, LLC has announced its full artist lineup for the first annual Karoondinha Music & Arts Festival, taking place on Friday, July 21, Saturday, July 22, and Sunday, July 23 with a kick-off party on Thursday, July 20 at Penn’s Cave & Wildlife Park, America’s only all-water cavern and wildlife park in Centre Hall, Pennsylvania, a little over two hours from the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre area.

Set on 1,600 unspoiled acres of rolling hills and rich farmland, the festival site, the largest in the northeast, boasts acres of sunflowers, world-class trout fishing, off-road tours, and native North American wildlife, including mountain lions, wolves, bison, bears, longhorn cattle, bighorn sheep, and more.

Taking a break from the hustle and bustle of urban America, festival-goers will enjoy an incomparable experience where they can take part in various amenities, including daily yoga sessions, dance workshops, art installations, gourmet food vendors, multiple levels of camping options, and all-water tour caves.

The Seneca Tribe aptly dubbed this land Karoondinha (pronounced ka-roon-din-ha), meaning “the Land of Shining Waters.” The three-day, multi-stage camping festival will highlight over 80 artists, including Chance the Rapper, Odesza, John Legend, Paramore, Sturgill Simpson, The Roots, Porter Robinson, Dillon Francis, Young the Giant, Chromeo, Alessia Cara, Leon Bridges, X Ambassadors, The Revivalists, Daya, Maren Morris, Needtobreathe, MisterWives, Jon Bellion, AlunaGeorge, Marian Hill, Broods, DNCE, St. Lucia, Coin, PVRIS, Grace VanderWaal, and Jacob Collier.

General admission and VIP passes are on sale now at karoondinha.com. GA three-day passes are currently $279, and VIP three-day passes are currently $649, plus fees. Single day tickets are currently $59 for Thursday, $99 for GA on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, and $229 for VIP on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, plus fees. Payment plan options are available.

Karoondinha Music & Arts Festival was conceived by young entrepreneurs and brother-sister duo Kaleena and Paul Rallis, who grew up in Central Pennsylvania working at their family’s business, Penn’s Cave & Wildlife Park. With a musical background and working in the entertainment industry for the past decade, the Rallis siblings want to bring their passion for music and the arts back home to create a major destination event, which the region lacked. Karoondinha is set to take the festival experience to an elevated level of uniqueness and quality.

“We have assembled a team of experienced ‘festival’ professionals to help bring our vision to life,” said Kaleena and Paul Rallis. “Collectively, the team of 60+ full-time and hundreds more part-time has worked on some of the most successful and well-established music festivals in the country. They are all extremely dedicated to Karoondinha and are working together seamlessly to take the necessary steps to ensure every aspect – including logistics, staging, production, security, medical, traffic, guest services, food and beverage – are handled in the best ways possible.”

Karoondinha Music & Arts Festival has also partnered with local nonprofit organizations like the Wildlife for Everyone Foundation, the Bestwick Foundation, and the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank.

“We knew that we could bring authenticity and refinement to the ‘music festival experience’ by creating a destination event in the most beautiful, natural setting,” said Kaleena and Paul Rallis. “We hope that the festival-goers enjoy this comprehensive and experiential event with not only some of the best performers around, but also the natural beauty of our backyard – Penn’s Cave.”

For more than 100 years, Penn’s Cave & Wildlife Park (222 Penns Cave Rd., Centre Hall) has been owned and operated by the same family. The historic tourist attraction draws visitors from all over the world and is also home to a bi-annual antique machinery show, averaging more than 40,000 attendees per weekend. The land sits 18 miles east of Penn State University, less than a half-day’s journey from more than 10 major cities and universities throughout the Northeast.

Hawk Eye Presents, LLC is an event production company specializing in live concerts and festivals. A subsidiary of Los Angeles-based entertainment company The SILLAR Company, Inc., CEO Kaleena Rallis and her team have produced major events all over the world in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, London, Madrid, and Dubai. With deep roots in the music, theater, television, and film worlds, Rallis and her team are making their first foray into the festival world.

Kaleena has worked in the entertainment industry for over a decade, starting her career at Warner Bros. Studios, then Paramount Pictures, and presently operates her own talent-management and production company, The SILLAR Company. Kaleena has worked with many top names in music and dance and manages clients who have performed on Broadway, film, television, and toured worldwide.

Paul has worked in the architectural/design industry for over 10 years, mostly in Los Angeles, and has created several large-scale campus plans and completed designs for many commercial buildings and luxury homes. Paul now divides his time between Los Angeles and Central Pennsylvania, as he manages his own architecture/design firm, Christos + Partners. As a kid, Paul worked in the family businesses while simultaneously honing his love of music and filmmaking. For eight years, Paul hosted a regional radio series and did his first radio interview with Tony Bennett at age 11. Paul is also an avid pilot and has an infectious passion for nature and the arts.
