If there’s one festival in Scranton that’s guaranteed to be a hit each and every year, it’s La Festa Italiana.
The 39th annual event was packed shoulder to shoulder around Courthouse Square as we took in the sights, smells, tastes, and sounds, which included a lively set by Ray Massa’s EuroRhythms from Columbus, Ohio.
