Waving your underwear around Wilkes-Barre is usually frowned upon, but once a year, the city makes an exception.
The sixth annual Bras Across the Bridge event, hosted by 98.5 KRZ on Sunday, Oct. 5, was filled with breast cancer survivors and supporters stringing bras together across the Market Street Bridge and Kirby Park to form bright pink chains to spread breast cancer awareness. Donations benefited the American Cancer Society.
