Wilkes-Barre video production company Feet First Productions captured one of Motionless In White‘s only acoustic performances ever when the band was back in their hometown area at a 97.9X VIP event on Friday, Dec. 5.

The Scranton metal band toured with A Day to Remember and Bring Me the Horizon in the fall, then co-headlined a tour through Europe with Lacuna Coil, so local fans haven’t seen them through much of the year, with the exception of Warped Tour in July.

As frontman Chris Motionless explains in the video, because of their heavy sound, it is difficult to translate their songs into an acoustic format, but on this rare occasion, they stripped down “Reincarnate,” the title track from their latest album, for an intimate audience.

The following day, they participated in a meet with greet with fans at the Gallery of Sound in Wilkes-Barre. NEPA Scene has pictures forthcoming from that event.
