Auditions for K.K. Gordon’s ‘Short Works by the Big Guy’ to be held Jan. 18 in Scranton

Diva Productions at the Olde Brick Theatre in Scranton brings six original shorts by local playwright K.K. Gordon to the stage next month with “Short Works by the Big Guy.” Auditions will be held at the theater (126 W. Market St., Scranton) on Sunday, Jan. 18, from 1 p.m.-4 p.m.

There are 16 roles for adult males and females to be filled. “Short Works by the Big Guy” includes “Finding the Inner Chuck Norris,” “Real Friends Help You Move,” “Chess and the Gottvater’s Daughter,” “Flesh Eaters of Hyde Park,” “Killing Naked Roses,” and “Man’s Inhumanity to Missy.” The show runs Thursday through Saturday, Feb. 26-28, at 8 p.m. and Sunday, March 1 at 2 p.m.
