Wegmans Chef Paul Comishock teaches you how to make the perfect ‘Big Game Day’ spread at the Scranton Cultural Center

Chef Paul Comishock of Wegmans in Dickson City will return to the Scranton Cultural Center at the Masonic Temple for this month’s installment of “the Menu” on Monday, Jan. 19 at 7 p.m. Comishock and the Wegmans team will present “Big Game Day Favorites,” featuring menu items perfect for entertaining guests on football’s biggest day of the year. Wegmans will provide all the tips and tricks needed to create a delicious spread.

On “the Menu” will be the essentials needed to feed football fanatics. From a variety of dips and Mediterranean spreads perfect for snacking, to the ingredients needed to make the perfect beef chili, Wegmans will have it covered. Patrons will learn how to create a sub tray and find out what specialty sauces are offered for takeout from Wegmans’ “Monster Wing Bar.”

Attendees will receive samples of the food prepared; a cash bar and light fare will be available for purchase throughout the evening. Tickets are $10 per person and can be purchased at the Fidelity Bank Box Office at the Scranton Cultural Center (420 N. Washington Ave., Scranton) in person, by calling 570-344-1111, or via all applicable Ticketmaster outlets.
