VIDEO: Motionless In White conjure evil visions in new ‘Break the Cycle’ music video
Scranton goth rockers Motionless In White just premiered the music video of their fourth single from “Reincarnate,” their first No. 1 album that was released last year.
“Break The Cycle” shows singer Chris Motionless going insane as evil visions appear in the mirror in front of him as the band performs the hook-laden, fast-paced song in a dark, candlelit room.
“Every album has that one hidden gem on it,” Chris Motionless told Billboard. “That song that kind of gets overlooked by most listeners at first, but ends up being a fan favorite in the end. This is that song on our album to me. I think it’s a great blend of past and present Motionless In White, and the music video really brings the concept of where my head was at when writing the lyrics to life.”
Motionless In White will kick off their “Beyond the Barricade Tour” at the Chameleon Club in Lancaster tomorrow and will continue to headline through the spring, with shows in New York City on March 28 and Philadelphia on March 29. Then they’ll open for Slipknot, Lamb of God, and Bullet for My Valentine through the summer on the “Summer’s Last Stand Tour.” View the tour dates here.
