The NEPA Cannabis Rally, held just before 4/20 on April 19, gathered speakers, activists, musicians, artists, and supporters together at Nay Aug Park in Scranton to discuss cannabis legalization and decriminalization across the United States, but particularly in Pennsylvania, where medical marijuana legislation is currently being debated.
