SHELTER SUNDAY: Meet Bagel (Jack Russell terrier) and Little White Paws (tuxedo kitten)
Blue Chip Farm Animal Refuge teams up with NEPA Scene every week for Shelter Sunday, a post that features one dog, one cat, and occasionally some surprises up for adoption in the hopes of finding them a loving home.
Blue Chip Farm (974 Lockville Rd., Dallas) is a no-kill shelter, a place where no animal is too old or too unwanted to find a warm bed, good food, and most of all, love. Their mission is to provide a sanctuary where older, stray, abandoned, sick, or abused animals can wait to be adopted or simply live out their lives in safety and peace.

Bagel is a Jack Russell terrier who was found as a stray. He has a larger-than-life personality with energy to spare. He is a lively, clever, independent little dog.
Bagel is charming and affectionate – a bold, athletic dog who won hearts at the shelter with his quickness, intelligence, and determination! If you have the time and patience (and a good sense of humor), Bagel is a highly trainable dog. He is approximately 1 year old and appears to be housetrained. He seems good with all people.

Little White Paws is 10 weeks old; she has semi-long hair and long whiskers. She is super sweet, playful, and full of personality!
