From a press release:

Get ready for a Satellite of Love-fest as the guys of RiffTrax – Michael J. Nelson, Kevin Murphy and Bill Corbett (best known for the groundbreaking “Mystery Science Theater 3000”) – celebrate their 10th year at RiffTrax by producing “RiffTrax Live: MST3K Reunion Show,” an amazing night of riffing and comedy with most of the original “MST3K” stars.

Joining Nelson, Murphy, and Corbett live in front of a packed house at the State Theater in Minneapolis will be none other than “MST3K” creator Joel Hodgson (“Joel Robinson”), Trace Beaulieu (“Dr. Clayton Forrester,” “Crow T. Robot”), Frank Conniff (“TV’s Frank”), Mary Jo Pehl (“Pearl Forrester”), Bridget Nelson (“Nuveena,” “Mr. B Natural”), and the host of the revived “MST3K,” Jonah Ray (Nerdist Podcast and “The Meltdown with Jonah and Kumail”).

In various, hilarious permutations, the cast will riff on a cavalcade of goofy educational short films and comic interludes before concluding the evening with a grand finale, “SUPER RIFF-A-PALOOZA!”

Presented by Fathom Events and RiffTrax, the “RiffTrax Live: MST3K Reunion Show” will be live on the big screen on Tuesday, June 28 at 8 p.m., with an encore showing on Tuesday, July 12 at 7:30 p.m.

Tickets for “RiffTrax Live: MST3K Reunion Show” are on sale now and can be purchased online by visiting fathomevents.com or at participating theater box offices. Fans throughout the U.S. will be able to enjoy the event in select movie theaters through Fathom’s Digital Broadcast Network, including Regal Dickson City Stadium 14 & IMAX (3909 Commerce Blvd., Dickson City) and Cinemark Stroud Mall (160 Stroud Mall, Stroudsburg).

The “MST3K Reunion Show” will be a night of goofy short films like the ones often riffed on “Mystery Science Theater 3000” and that continued to be riffed by the RiffTrax crew. There will be a ton of funny, including amazing and hilarious shorts riffed, of course, by Michael J. Nelson, Murphy, and Corbett. Bridget Nelson and Pehl, who have been a big hit on RiffTrax, will team up; Conniff and Beaulieu will dazzle the audience with their awesome comedic talents; and Ray and Hodgson round out the cast as they riff a short together. The team at RiffTrax is pleased to be bringing to the celebration more principal cast members of “MST3K,” old and new, to join in the fun.

Prior to “RiffTrax Live: MST3K Reunion Show,” RiffTrax will take on one of the most popular and oft-quoted titles of the “MST3K” era, 1994’s “Time Chasers,” on Thursday, May 5 live at 8 p.m., with a re-broadcast on Tuesday, May 17 at 7:30 p.m.

Michael J. Nelson said, “It’s a dream come true to get us all together again performing on the same stage. With all these great people and the crazy shorts we’ve picked out, it is going to be an amazing evening.”

“We can’t think of a better way than to celebrate our 20th RiffTrax Live event than with a celebration of this caliber and more ridiculous shorts made funny by the guys of RiffTrax,” Fathom Events CEO John Rubey said. “We expect this will be the event of the year for loyal ‘MST’ers’ and new fans nationwide.”

RiffTrax is an entertainment company featuring the stars of the Emmy-nominated, Peabody Award-winning show “Mystery Science Theater 3000.” Comedians Michael J.
