From a press release:

The inaugural Diamond City Dine Out is in full swing in downtown Wilkes-Barre.

All this week through Saturday, Oct. 31, local residents and visitors can enjoy dining specials at downtown restaurants, plus live musical performances, open houses at art galleries, pop-up art exhibits in restaurants, and more, organized by the nonprofit Diamond City Partnership.

Each day brings new deals, so check out the daily specials and features on DCP’s Instagram and Facebook pages. Plus, at participating Diamond City Dine Out location, diners can enter to win a $100 gift card from the participating restaurant of their choice. Four winners will be chosen.
