Montage Mountain Brewfest returns to Scranton ski resort on April 24-25
The annual Montage Mountain Brewfest presented by Food & Fire BBQ Taphouse is back on Saturday, April 24 and Sunday, April 25.
Capacity has been scaled back and more sessions have been added so beer drinkers can enjoy the latest and greatest craft brews in the game. Now there will be two VIP sessions and three general admission sessions spread out over two days on Montage Mountain (1000 Montage Mountain Rd., Scranton). VIP Sessions are limited to 250 people, and GA Sessions are capped at 500 per session.
The event will be hosted primarily outdoors and scattered around the resort, creating plenty of space to kick back and enjoy the day. All CDC and state COVID-19 guidelines will be followed, and all guests will be asked to respectfully abide by the safety protocols.
A live entertainment schedule will be announced soon.
Tickets, which are $39 in advance and $55 at the door for general admission and $69 in advance and $85 at the door for the VIP sessions, are on sale now via Eventbrite.
Held on Saturday from 4 p.m.-7 p.m. and 8 p.m.-11 p.m. and on Sunday from 4 p.m.-7 p.m., the general admission sessions feature over 100 hand-selected craft beers from over 50 breweries across the nation and some of the finest locals in the area. Enjoy live music, unique cuisines, and shop local vendors. These tickets includes festival entry, unlimited beer sampling, and a commemorative tasting glass.
Held from noon-3 p.m. on both days, the VIP sessions include everything the general admission tickets offers as well as 20 VIP-only beers, a VIP swag bag, and a more relaxed experience with the brewers, along with first dibs on all beer varieties and five deliciously crafted food samples paired with hand-selected beers.
