In Episode 237, we sat down with indie/alternative rock singer/songwriter Apollo Putnam. He just released his debut solo album “Early Warning,” so in his first-ever interview, we broke down each song and talked about his long creative sessions at Encore Studios in Archbald where he layered vocals and played every instrument, writing and capturing the vibes of 1960s and ’70s rock, his long history as a musician and the more recent origins of the Apollo Putnam persona, living in Brooklyn and coming back home to NEPA, forming The Apollo Quantum Vision and possibly reforming the band, his local music and rant series “Axe to Grind” at the Dungeon at The Ritz Theater in Scranton, putting together a proper CD package and his upcoming album release show at The Bog on Friday, June 19 with Robere DeGraw of S. Pine AK and Zeu, geeking out over Marvel and Star Wars, and more.
