From a press release:
The Diamond City Partnership will be hosting Restaurant Week from Monday, April 4 through Sunday, April 10 where downtown Wilkes-Barre’s most popular restaurants and eateries will provide great deals all week long.
“Downtown Wilkes-Barre has a lot to offer in terms of dining options. Restaurant week gives people the opportunity to try something new or visit one of their favorite restaurants offering great deals,” said DCP Executive Director Larry Newmak.
“We invite the community to come downtown for Restaurant Week, enjoy a great meal at a great price, and support our downtown restaurant owners,” added Susan Magnotta, DCP director of marketing and development.
The Diamond City Partnership is Wilkes-Barre’s nonprofit downtown management organization, serving as the custodian of the community’s vision for downtown Wilkes-Barre. Its work plan is intended to improve the economic vitality and livability of Wilkes-Barre’s central business district. As part of that goal, DCP manages Downtown Wilkes-Barre’s Keystone Communities Main Street program and the Downtown Wilkes-Barre Business Improvement District, which together provide a range of services to downtown’s property and business owners.
