From a press release:

Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee Jackson Browne just announced the second leg of his 2015 U.S. summer tour to support his new album, “Standing in the Breach,” and it will make a one-night stop at the F.M. Kirby Center for the Performing Arts in Wilkes-Barre on Saturday, Sept. 12 at 7:30 p.m.

Tickets go on sale this Friday, March 13 and will be available through the Kirby Center box office, online at kirbycenter.org, and charge by phone at 570-826-1100. A special Kirby Members pre-sale will begin this Wednesday, March 11 at 10 a.m. Join by calling 570-823-4599, ext. 225.

“Standing in the Breach,” Browne’s new studio album, is a collection of 10 songs, at turns deeply personal and political, exploring love, hope, and defiance in the face of the advancing uncertainties of modern life.

Fans will also be treated to an evening of Browne’s classics, such as “Running on Empty,” “Somebody’s Baby,” “Take It Easy,” and more.

Browne is currently on tour in Japan with his band, with upcoming dates in Europe, and will also be playing at the Santander Performing Arts Center in Reading on Sept. 27. Additional U.S. tour dates will be announced soon.
