From a press release:

Platinum-selling contemporary Christian singer/songwriter Lauren Daigle, who is a two-time Grammy Award winner, will open 2020 with her first headlining arena tour, the Lauren Daigle World Tour. It follows nearly 70 sold-out performances that have taken place since the release of her Grammy-winning album “Look Up Child” last year.

The 44-city tour kicks off Jan. 18 in Melbourne, Australia and will include a performance at New Zealand’s Festival One. It will then launch in the United States on Feb. 20 in Pensacola, Florida and include stops in New York, Nashville, Houston, Boston, and Dallas.

The Lauren Daigle World Tour comes to the Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza in Wilkes-Barre Township on Wednesday, July 1 at 7:30 p.m. before heading north of the border for Toronto and Montreal before wrapping up with a special performance in Daigle’s hometown of Lafayette, Louisiana at the Cajundome. Folk/soul duo Johnnyswim will join her on select U.S. dates, including Wilkes-Barre.

Tickets for the Wilkes-Barre concert, which start at $29.50, plus fees, go on sale this Friday, Sept. 20 at 10 a.m. at the arena’s NBT Bank Box Office (255 Highland Park Blvd., Wilkes-Barre), ticketmaster.com and all Ticketmaster outlets, and by phone at 800-745-3000.

American Express Card Members can purchase tickets in the U.S. and Canada before the general public beginning Tuesday, Sept. 17 at noon through Thursday, Sept. 19 at 10 p.m. A limited number of VIP Packages will be available to purchase. These exclusive offers include a better selection of tickets, access to a pre-show song performance and Q&A with Lauren Daigle, a limited edition tour poster, custom merchandise, and more.

The Lauren Daigle World Tour features an all-new stage production, design, and setlist that will be highlighted by Daigle’s raw vocal power and stage presence. She’ll feature some of her hits, including her latest single “Rescue” and the double-platinum-selling No. 1 song “You Say,” as well as tracks from her previous platinum-selling album, “How Can It Be.”

“This year has been life-changing,” Daigle said. “There’s no better feeling than to be able to look out from the stage and see how people have connected with the songs on this album. Our shows feel like one big party of togetherness, and I can’t wait to create a whole new tour for 2020. It’s going to be so much fun!”

Daigle is a two-time Grammy Award winner, five-time Billboard Music Award winner, and an American Music Award winner. With a voice that is both smoky and sweet, she has forged a unique sound that is reminiscent of the soulful, heart-in-throat vulnerability of Adele mixed with the raw power of Amy Winehouse. Her ability to connect with her audience has captured critical acclaim and recognition as the fastest-selling new artist for her genre of the last decade.

Daigle’s Grammy-winning and double-platinum-certified single “You Say” has appeared in the Top 30 of Billboard’s Hot 100 chart, and her Grammy-winning album “Look Up Child” debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 Albums chart and is approaching platinum certification. Her 2015 debut album, “How Can It Be,” has been certified platinum by the RIAA and has produced three certified gold singles.

To exclusively announce the upcoming tour dates, iHeartMedia’s LiteFM on-air personalities Cubby and Christine hosted an iHeartRadio Special Announcement with Daigle at iHeartMedia headquarters in New York. The event included an intimate performance and Q&A, which streamed live on iHeartRadio’s YouTube. In addition, iHeartMedia will broadcast portions of the Q&A on LiteFM on Sept. 17.

All U.S. and Canadian performances are being promoted and presented by AEG Presents. Australian and New Zealand dates are promoted by Live Nation, except for Festival One.
