From a press release:

Rise Against are set to play their first North American dates since the release of their seventh studio album, “The Black Market,” on July 15 on Interscope Records.

Highlighted by their marquee slots at all three of the 2014 Riot Fest dates, the tour will touch 22 cities starting Aug. 31 and includes appearances at the Made in America (California) and Voodoo Festivals. Touché Amoré and Radkey will support on all the headlining dates, including the Wellmont Theater in Montclair, New Jersey on Sept. 30 and the Tower Theater in Upper Darby on Oct. 1. The Sept. 26 show at the Best Buy Theater in New York City is already sold out.

Their latest album debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard Top 200 Album Chart and landed No. 1 on the iTunes Alternative Album Chart. First single “I Don’t Want To Be Here Anymore” made the Top 10 on Alternative and Active Rock radio, and its accompanying video showcases the band’s commitment to raising awareness of the overwhelming presence of violence that plagues the world. The video can be seen below:

After 15 years and six albums, Rise Against has become one of the most successful punk rock bands on the planet. Rise Against have sold four million albums globally across their last four releases – with 2011’s “Endgame” debuting at No. 1 in Germany and Canada and No. 2 on the U.S. Billboard Album Chart.
