STREAMING: A Fire With Friends is back with new song, ‘Keystone,’ new Facebook page, and upcoming EP

One of the most intriguing and eclectic bands to ever come out of Northeastern Pennsylvania, A Fire With Friends, has played sporadic shows within the last year, but the Scranton indie rock group has been relatively quiet for over a year now.
As it turns out, they’ve been busy behind the scenes recording a new EP at JL Studios, appropriately titled “It’s Nice to See You Again.” The band launched a brand new Facebook page to make the announcement, posting the following message:
Oh, hey!
We’re a band. We finished an EP, and it is called “It’s Nice to See You Again.” It’ll be out soon. Here’s a song from it.
Missed you all.
With lots of love,
Dan, Chelsea, John, Karl, Dan, and Mike
Much to the delight of patient fans, they’re also streaming a brand new song, “Keystone,” from the album via SoundCloud:
This will be A Fire With Friends’ first release since putting out a full-length album, “Ghost House,” in January 2014 and undergoing a few lineup changes. Aside from “Keystone,” other tracks on “It’s Nice to See You Again” include “Emma Leigh,” “Brother,” and “Sun Alive.”
