The second annual Arts on the Square was held in downtown Scranton on Saturday, July 26.
Courthouse Square was packed from noon until 8 p.m. with arts, crafts, music (music coverage can be found here), and much more. For these photos, we focused on the wide variety of unique items that could be found on every block as well as any artists in action.
