New Yorkers with an affinity for retro video games gathered at The Oncenter in Syracuse and plugged in for the second annual RetroGameCon on Saturday, Nov. 8.

The day was filled with various gaming panels, vendors, console and “Magic: The Gathering” tournaments, remixed game music by DJ Silenze, arts and crafts for children, and basket raffles, which included a “Super Mario Bros.”-themed custom fish tank from Fish FINatics.

James Rolfe, known online as the Angry Video Game Nerd, was the biggest draw in terms of guests, and he also hosted a screening of his new fan-funded film, “Angry Video Game Nerd: The Movie.” Watch the trailer and rent the movie below:
