Next Peculiar Culinary Company dinner to be held at its home in Hughestown

After presenting a series of pop-up restaurants at the River Street Jazz Cafe in Plains, Peculiar Culinary Company will host the next dinner at its catering and event space in Hughestown in the Greater Pittston area on Jan. 8-9.
Seating in the space (30 Center St., Hughestown) is at 6, 7, and 8 p.m., so call or text 570-947-2548 for reservations – no messages through social media. It is BYOB, and like all their events, it is likely to sell out, so diners are asked to make reservations as soon as possible. Additional events will be announced soon, including the long-awaited Peculiar Brunch.
Peculiar Culinary Company chef/owner Gene Philbin is becoming more well-known recently after winning “Guy’s Grocery Games” on Food Network and announcing that he would be competing on CNBC’s “Restaurant Startup” in January.
