Wilkes-Barre’s Indigo Moon Brass Band brought their New Orleans sound to the Highway 81 Revisited Stage at Arts on the Square in downtown Scranton on July 26. We were there to grab some pictures and film the last song of their set, “When the Saints Go Marching In.”
